Overview

Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales in the Plastic Masterbatch industry.

Location:

Muscat, Oman. The role focuses on driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial acumen, technical understanding of master batches, and a proven track record in achieving sales and collection targets.

• Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue and collection targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in terms of both volume and value.
• Manage and expand the existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate with technical teams to provide effective solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize SAP for sales-related activities and reporting.

• Graduate in any discipline;
  Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing Technology (CIPET) preferred.
• 10–12 years of sales experience in the Plastic Masterbatch industry.
• Strong understanding of plastic processing and masterbatch applications.
• Experience in business development, key account management, and sales collections.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.

• Experience in Color Masterbatch, Black Masterbatch, White Masterbatch, Additive Masterbatch, or Polymer Compounds.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Willing to relocate to Muscat, Oman.
