Showroom Sales Specialist
To provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and presenting products that align with their preferences, ensuring satisfaction. Through these practices, the Sales Associate is expected to achieve the designated sales targets.
Key Responsibilities And Duties- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and current promotional offers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Monitor in-store inventory to ensure the availability of required products.
- Organize and merchandise products within the showroom effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally or elevate them to the Showroom Manager when necessary.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service that reflects a positive image of the showroom.
