Position Summary

NWT is seeking an energetic and commercially driven Technology Solutions Consultant to support business growth throughout Oman.

This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping organizations solve challenges through innovative technology solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and supporting the growth of NWT across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Oman.
  • Build relationships with government entities, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, training providers, and private sector clients.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Support company growth initiatives and market expansion activities.
Client Engagement
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
  • Conduct presentations and solution discussions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and business cases.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.

    Account Management
    • Maintain relationships with existing clients.
    • Identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting records.
    Qualifications
    • 2–5 years experience in sales, business development, consulting, or client relationship management.
    • Experience in technology, education, healthcare, engineering, training, or related sectors is advantageous.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Fluent in Arabic and English.
