Customer support sales specialist

Serb is Oman's national digital infrastructure for low-altitude airspace. Thousands of drone pilots and operators rely on our platform to fly، and for most of them, the person in this role will be the only Serb employee they ever speak to.

• Be Serb’s front‑line voice across phone, Whats App, in‑app, email, and social، helping users with sign‑up, licensing, and subscriptions with genuine care
• Own subscription renewals: run a structured outreach cadence, convert warm leads, and build relationships customers want to keep
• Support community events and university outreach across Oman
• Surface customer feedback and friction points that shape how Serb improves, week over week
• Keep the CRM as the single source of truth, every interaction logged, every deal documented

• 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, retention/renewals, or a similar front‑line role
• A track record of hitting measurable targets (calls, conversion, renewals, CSAT)
• Fluent Arabic and professional English, both essential
• CRM discipline and comfort with structured daily/weekly reporting
• Confidence on the phone, persistence in follow‑up, and genuine care for customers

Bonus points: experience in a regulated industry (aviation, telecom, fintech), subscription businesses, or the drone/UAV ecosystem in Oman or the GCC.
