Role DescriptionThe Commercial Partnerships Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Muscat, responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic commercial relationships that support serb’s growth in the drone ecosystem. This role involves researching potential partners, preparing proposals, and negotiating partnership terms aligned with business objectives. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to design joint initiatives, co‑marketing activities, and commercial programs that drive revenue and market expansion.
Daily tasks include maintaining partner pipelines and documentation, monitoring performance against agreed targets, and preparing reports and insights for leadership. The role also requires attending relevant industry events and meetings to represent serb and strengthen its commercial network.
- Strong partnerships and strategic partnerships skills, with experience building and managing commercial relationships.
- Solid sales and business development capabilities to support revenue growth and joint commercial initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in partnership management, sales, or commercial roles, ideally in technology, aviation, or related sectors.
- Ability to work on‑site in Muscat, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast‑evolving industry.
- Familiarity with the drone ecosystem, regulatory environment, or mobility technologies is a plus.
