Sales Manager – Muscat, Oman

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure coordinated efforts towards achieving business goals.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company's products and services.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
• Indian nationals or foreign nationals with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.

Salary: 1,300 USD per month plus commission on sales.
