Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Muscat. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their passport and visa needs, present suitable service options, and guide them through the process. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, explaining service packages and fees, preparing proposals, and following up to close sales.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in internal systems, collaborating with operations teams to ensure service delivery, and monitoring client satisfaction. The Sales Consultant will be expected to meet sales targets, participate in local marketing or outreach activities, and provide feedback on client needs to improve services.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and high-quality Customer Service in a client-facing environment.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with diverse clients.
- Consulting abilities to guide clients through complex passport and visa processes and requirements.
- Prior experience in sales, travel services, immigration, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Muscat and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Comfort using CRM or similar systems for tracking leads and client interactions.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
