A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in sales, particularly within the insurance or financial services sectors.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in negotiation and sales techniques. Capability to understand and convey complex insurance products. Organizational skills for managing sales pipelines and client records. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
