Sales Manager - Egypt

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and objectives
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives in Egypt
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication coordination and execution of sales initiatives
• Prepare sales forecasts budgets and reports for management

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in Egypt
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of market trends competitor activity and customer needs in the Egyptian market
• Ability to analyze data identify patterns and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field

The salary for this position is 1600$ per month
