Sales Executive – Ceiling & Partition Materials; Bulk​/Wholesale Accounts

Ejabi Co. is a leading wholesaler of ceiling and partition systems and building materials, in Ejabi Group | GCC & East Africa We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new bulk-purchase clients and expanding our market presence across the Sultanate of Oman

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new bulk-purchase clients, including contractors, developers, distributors, and project buyers.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B accounts and long-term customers.
• Conduct regular client and site visits to generate leads and secure orders.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, tenders, and agreements.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Submit daily sales activity reports.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders until closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and credit control for timely order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings and support business development initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience in the field
• Experience handling bulk sales, tenders, or distributor accounts.
• Valid Oman driving license is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic or Urdu is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Oman construction market and willingness to travel across all Emirates.
