- Visit pharmacies clinics hospitals and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory
- Develop new customers and identify new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collection targets
- Promote company products and introduce new product launches
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and purchasing departments
- Maintain regular visits to existing customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address inquiries promptly
- Monitor customer stock levels and suggest replenishment orders
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits and interactions
- Product Knowledge Promotion
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company s products
- Explain product features benefits and applications to customers
- Stay updated on new products and competitor activities
- Collect orders and coordinate with the office for timely fulfillment
- Ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule
- Follow up on pending orders and customer requirements
- Assist with stock movement and delivery activities when required
- Support collections and documentation related to customer accounts
- Manage and develop an assigned sales territory
- Plan daily and weekly customer visit schedules
- Ensure adequate market coverage across assigned areas
- Identify inactive accounts and reactivate business relationships
- Maintain territory reports and sales activity records
- Valid Oman driving licence
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Oman
- Previous sales experience preferably in healthcare medical devices pharmaceuticals FMCG or distribution
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills Microsoft Office email Whats App Business
- Experience dealing with pharmacies hospitals or clinics
- Arabic speaking ability advantage but not mandatory
- Knowledge of the Oman healthcare market
