Urban Nest Realty and Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Leader in Muscat to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth. You will build relationships with owners, developers, investors, and corporate clients while guiding a 5+ member team to high performance.
The role requires 10–15 years in sales/BD, preferably in real estate, with strong leadership and negotiation skills. English proficiency is essential;
Oman market familiarity is a plus.
