Our auto repair shop in Muscat is seeking an experienced and skilled Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body repair with the ability to identify and fix a variety of vehicle damages from minor dents to major collision damage. This contract position is open to all nationalities and offers free visa sponsorship and a round‑trip ticket to Muscat.
Responsibilities- Assess vehicle damage and determine the most efficient repair method
- Remove damaged parts and repair or replace them as needed
- Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment
- Weld or solder broken metal parts
- Sanding, priming and painting repaired areas
- Inspect completed repairs for quality assurance
- Communicate with customers about the repair process and provide cost estimates
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in auto body repair
- Strong knowledge of different types of vehicles and their construction
- Proficiency in using various body repair tools such as welding equipment, sanders and painting tools
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
Competitive salary of $1,300 per month. In addition, the company provides free visa sponsorship and a round‑trip ticket to Muscat for successful candidates.
