The Commercial Refrigeration and Kitchen Equipment Technician is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Muscat. The technician will install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems and kitchen equipment across various client sites, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Daily tasks include diagnosing faults, performing preventive maintenance, replacing parts, and calibrating equipment to meet operational standards. The role also involves responding to service requests, maintaining accurate service records, coordinating with the support team and suppliers, and advising clients on proper equipment use and basic care.

The technician is expected to follow company procedures, adhere to safety regulations, and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Strong skills in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance for commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues in heavy equipment and related systems.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and suppliers, and to document service activities clearly.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Hands‑on experience in commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment installation and service.
• Knowledge of safety standards, tools, and diagnostic instruments used in equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work independently on‑site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple service requests.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client locations within Muscat and surrounding areas, as required.
