Overview:
Join the maintenance team to diagnose, service and repair heavy construction and commercial equipment including JCB excavators, shovels, MAN/Volvo/Mercedes-Benz trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles. Work in a busy workshop environment supporting fleet uptime and safety while following maintenance schedules and quality standards.
- Inspect, diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions and drive trains on heavy equipment and trucks
- Perform scheduled maintenance: oil changes, filter replacement, lubrication, cooling system service and valve adjustments
- Repair and rebuild hydraulic pumps, cylinders, hoses and control valves; troubleshoot leaks and pressure issues
- Overhaul engines, clutches and differentials; remove and refit major assemblies as required
