Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Muscat. As a Crane Operator you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move and position heavy materials at construction sites or other job locations. This is a full-time job that does not require English proficiency and is open to all Malayalee candidates.

• Operate various types of cranes including mobile tower and overhead cranes
• Inspect crane equipment regularly and report any issues or malfunctions
• Follow safety procedures and protocols while operating the crane
• Communicate with other team members to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials
• Read and interpret load charts to determine the weight of materials being lifted
• Maneuver the crane into position using hand signals radio communication or other methods
• Make adjustments to controls for speed direction and hoisting capacity as needed
• Keep records of daily activities including materials lifted hours worked etc

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator
• Valid crane operator license certification preferred
• Ability to operate different types of cranes safely and efficiently
• Good understanding of load charts and lifting capacities for different cranes
• Physically fit with the ability to work in different weather conditions
• Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Muscat without sponsorship
• High school diploma or equivalent required

The salary for this position is 1400$ per month
