Skilled Carpenters (Muscat)

Iventom builds premium joinery and fitouts where precision and finish define the work. We're expanding our workshop and looking for genuinely skilled carpenters who take pride in every joint, edge, and surface. This is demanding, high-standard work for serious craftsmen.

• Manufacture high-quality bespoke joinery, cabinetry, custom furniture, and fitout elements for premium interiors
• Work accurately from technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
• Operate woodworking machinery safely and precisely: panel saws, edge banders, routers, and finishing tools
• Produce clean, refined finishes on wood, veneer, laminate, and solid-surface materials
• Carry out assembly and, when required, precise on-site installation
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe, organised work area
• Meet production deadlines without cutting corners on quality

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on carpentry and joinery experience, ideally in high‑end interiors or fitout
• Genuine mastery of workshop machinery and hand tools
• Confident reading and working from technical and shop drawings
• A proven eye for detail and a high finishing standard
• Knowledge of materials, hardware, and modern joinery techniques
• Reliable, disciplined, and committed to team output and quality
• Muscat-based, full-time, on-site role. Open to all nationalities. We're hiring craftsmen who hold themselves to a premium standard.
