Badr Flooring in Muscat, Oman is seeking an experienced flooring installation supervisor to build and lead an in-house team across vinyl, carpet, and turf projects. You will hire, train, and oversee installers to deliver work to a high commercial and quality standard, reducing reliance on subcontractors and protecting margins.
Responsibilities span site surveys, project scheduling, QA checks, and coordination with procurement.
