Radio Technician

A reputable radio company in Muscat is seeking a qualified Radio Technician to join our team. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ providing accommodation and visa sponsorship. No English language skills are required making this position suitable for all nationalities. We welcome applicants without any prior experience in the field.

• Installing repairing and maintaining radio equipment such as transmitters receivers antennas and related electronic systems
• Conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with radio equipment
• Performing upgrades and modifications on existing systems
• Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to ensure effective operations of radio systems
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting any problems or concerns to supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in radio technology is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of electronic systems and components
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing job requirements

This position requires physical work such as climbing towers lifting heavy equipment and working  candidate must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
