Position : EVENT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN Role & responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain professional event equipment including:
- Speakers & line arrays
- Amplifiers
- Sound mixers
- LED screen panels & processors
- Power distribution systems
- DJ equipment Lighting equipment
- Perform equipment testing and quality checks before and after events.
- Troubleshoot technical faults efficiently
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and repair records
- Assist with inventory management and equipment preparation
- Support onsite technical teams when required
- Handle customer interactions professionally during pickups, returns, or technical support
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in electronics repair or AV equipment maintenance
- Basic understanding of audio systems, signal flow, and LED display systems.
- Ability to solder, diagnose PCB issues, and use testing tools.
- Good communication and customer handling skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Driving license is a plus
- Experience in event companies preferred
