Our property management company is seeking an experienced handyman to join our team on a part-time basis in Muscat. This position is perfect for someone looking for flexible hours and enjoys working with their hands. As a handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks at our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Respond to repair requests from tenants and address any issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any potential maintenance needs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for repairs
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to quality standards
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa or residency in Muscat
