Qualifications Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities- Supervise HVAC maintenance activities for industrial commercial and building services
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of chillers cooling towers AHUs package units split window ACs and chilled water pumps
- Troubleshoot HVAC cooling electrical and control-related issues
- Supervise maintenance of chilled water systems pumps dampers ducting and HVAC controls
- Monitor BMS operation and troubleshoot related issues
- Ensure proper maintenance records checklists and equipment performance monitoring
- Coordinate spare parts tools and maintenance requirements
- Supervise technicians and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with LOTO and HSE requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 7 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, package units, split/window ACs and chilled water pumps.
- Experience with BMS, chilled water systems, dampers and ducting.
- Strong experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in supervising and coordinating maintenance teams.
- Knowledge of LOTO and HSE requirements.
