Stanley Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to work in one of our office locations:
Austin TX, Denver CO, Minneapolis MN, or Muscatine IA. In this position, you will work on a variety of energy projects in industrial, water/wastewater, federal, and power generation sectors. Renewable system design is becoming a larger part of our portfolio and offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

• Manage other discipline engineers and perform electrical work on a variety of projects.
• Electrical system analysis including load flow, short circuit, coordination and arc flash studies.
• Engineering of microgrid, battery storage energy systems, and photovoltaic electrical systems including studies and system modeling.
• Electrical design in accordance with the NEC, providing power to medium- and low-voltage distribution systems, mechanical building systems, and lighting systems.
• Campus distribution and building low-voltage systems and may also include working with European voltage systems and standards.
• Perform project field site visits.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited College or University
• 2–8 years of experience
• Experience in industrial, water/wastewater, federal, and power generation
• Understanding of developing engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform basic engineering calculations
• Assist in sizing, selecting, and specifying electrical equipment and coordinating information with vendors
• Designing medium- and low-voltage electrical systems
• Computer programs: ETAP, SKM or Easypower; AGI or Visual Lighting Software
• AutoCAD/Revit is a plus
• FE or PE depending on experience level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• General understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
