Process Engineer
As a Process Engineer, you play a crucial role in assisting area management and operations personnel in evaluating and achieving performance goals related to safety, quality, waste minimization, capacity, reliability, and operability. You will coordinate with corporate and site production planners to ensure production timing and raw material availability. Your role is vital in developing and tracking key performance indicators and participating in investigations of area performance issues to propose and implement sound technical solutions.
You will gain valuable experience as an Area representative for design, construction, and implementation of investment projects, interfacing technical professionals from various disciplines. Additionally, you will maintain and develop standards for area operating documentation and collaborate on plant trials to enhance area performance. Your responsibilities also include compiling and submitting environmental data for compliance with local, state, and federal agencies, and engaging in the continued development of self and area personnel through peer coaching and feedback.
Supporting site and area production system improvements is also a key aspect of your role.

- BS Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- 0-2 years of engineering experience, preferably in a plant operation function.
Posting will be available until June 16, 2026.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $61,360.00 - $92,040.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission if relevant. Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
