!
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Weld Inspector who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll inspect completed weld products and provide feedback to weld staff while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. Responsibilities- Daily inspection of multiple weld products.
- Completing daily inspection logs.
- Collaborate with supporting functions (quality, paint, etc).
- Provide feedback to weld staff, associates, and leadership on quality trends.
- Three or more years of manufacturing experience, including at least one year as an Inspector.
- A basic ability to read blueprints/diagrams/specifications and to follow/comprehend detailed instructions.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- General knowledge of the welding process.
- A high School diploma or GED is highly preferred.
- This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
- Standard working hours: 6am – 2:30pm
Wage - $20.44 - $25.34 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
