MDS Coordinator - RN - Part-Time

Accura Health Care of Muscatine is hiring a MDS Coordinator (RN) to support resident care.

• Part Time
• 8:00 am-4:30 pm
• Rotating On-Call

The MDS (Minimum Data Set) Coordinator is responsible for compiling information, preparing statistical reports, and performing personalized assessments to evaluate quality of care and utilization review for clinical reimbursement. This role collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other health personnel to ensure complete, current, and accurate medical records.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state‑specific license.
• MDS experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Analytical skills required.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
