What You Will DoResponsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards throughout their lifecycle. This position involves collaborating with product development, manufacturing, and marketing teams to define quality criteria, conduct product evaluations, and address any quality-related issues. Monitors product performance, implements corrective actions as needed, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain customer satisfaction and product integrity.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Establish product knowledge to become a subject matter expert to support the highest quality products and the best services available in the crop protection industry.
- Develop and track Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the site.
- Develop testing plans for new product launches and look for opportunities for improvement with existing products.
- Develop functional experience and share with the rest of the team.
- Provide day-to-day support of production areas for quality issues, questions, and troubleshooting guidance.
- Drive our quality culture by proactively assessing risk and identifying/implementing safeguards.
- Support One PSS initiatives within the Quality group to meet the vision of the site’s scorecard metrics and KPIs.
- Support Quality Assurance Systems, keeping documentation including MQPs and site specifications updated and accurate to ensure sound quality practices resulting in high quality products.
- Support ISO 9001: 2015 compliance by participating in external and internal audits.
- Help analyze customer feedback to develop a strategic plan to improve overall customer experience.
- Support Bulk Terminal and Transload Facilities and be the contact person for regional teams.
- Drive Risk Assessments to manage contamination.
- Drive resolutions to customer complaints.
- BS degree in Chemical or related discipline plus 3/5 years of progressive engineering experience OR MS in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or related discipline and 2-3 years of progressive engineering experience.
- Have the ability to effectively leverage external and internal relationships.
- Have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and effectively communicate complex issues; have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical areas.
- Have excellent collaboration and influence skills with the ability to interact with all levels of organization from leadership to operations.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of $69520.00 - $104280.00 per year. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
