Maintenance Craftsperson Apprentice

HNI Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Craftsperson Apprentice to support equipment and facility reliability in our manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you'll assist experienced technicians with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production machinery, material handling systems, and building utilities. You'll learn mechanical, basic electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic skills while following strict safety and 5S standards. Working in a collaborative, performance-driven environment, you'll receive mentoring, technical training, and growth opportunities as you develop into a fully qualified maintenance craftsperson.
