OverviewClass A / Class B Route Driver Position (Open)
Pay & Benefits- Pay $38.61/hr

- Class A:
Monday‑Friday, shifts start 10 pm‑12 am (approx 10‑12 hour days) - Class B:
Monday‑Thursday, shifts start 3 am (approx 10‑12 hour days) - Routes:
Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri - 3‑10 stops per day for Class B position
- Safely navigate delivery vehicles to deliver dry ice to customers
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment to load/unload dry ice
- Obtain customer signature, verify load manifest, collect empty dry‑ice boxes
- Provide customer service; share feedback with Branch Manager to improve service
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip reviews per DOT and company maintenance guidelines; maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Uphold all company policies, safety standards, DOT/OSHA requirements, and corporate policies
- Ensure cargo stability and safety before and during transit
- Primarily support Class A operations; may also assist Class B regional routes as needed
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A and Class B CDL with airbrake endorsements
- Maintenance of valid driver’s license, medical card, and necessary endorsements
- 1 year of CDL driving experience in last 5 years or certificate from trucking school within last 12 months
- Military CDL experience counted
- No more than two traffic convictions or 2 at‑fault accidents in last 3 years (or equivalent combination)
- No serious violation tickets in last 3 years
- No suspensions of CDL in last 3 years except “Failure to pay child support”
- Drug‑free environment commitment
- Physical capability to lift 75 lbs and handle larger loads (700 lbs+)
- No DUI in last 7 years
- Forklift Certification
- Pallet Jack Certification
- 2 years of route driver experience
