Status: 32 hours per week + benefits
Qualifications- Knowledge of general office procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to perform numerical calculations – 10 key skills
- Ability to maintain records and filing system
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Work as part of a team
- Flexible in job responsibilities
- Able to interact with internal and external customers in a courteous manner
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Office duties will vary based on the business need. Functions may include answering phones, data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintain folders, and any other duties that may arise.
Essential Job Functions- Greet visitors, operate phones, take messages as necessary
- Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist as a backup for shipping clerk
