Maintenance Reliability Manager

Job Description
Career opportunity for Site Maintenance Manager to join the plant management team; overseeing the maintenance team, TPM/ reliability programs, repair and continuous improvement of complex chemical processing and ancillary equipment. Initiate and manage preventive maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives, plant turnarounds and supporting projects to achieve established performance metrics. Responsibilities:
--Manage and direct the maintenance team in areas of safety, planning, TPM/reliability, cost, efficiency, quality, and labor utilization.
--Develop and implement the plant’s overall preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
--Implement reliability best practices to ensure equipment dependability and efficiency.
--Resolve manufacturing process and maintenance problems by initiating corrective/preventive initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
--Support Process Safety Management (PSM), Health Safety and Environmental, and continuous improvement plans
--Develop and implement the maintenance departmental budget, goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
--Maintain spare parts and critical equipment lists and inventory.
--Implement training programs for all Maintenance personnel.

--Interact directly with the site Management Team to ensure effective preventive maintenance and a reduction of downtime.
Qualifications
--BS Mechanical Engineering degree with 10+ years experience in Plant Maintenance / Reliability Leadership in PSM regulated Chemical plants.
--Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including PSM, OSHA, EPA, NFPA standards,
--Proven success in managing maintenance/ reliability teams, including engineers, mechanics, and technicians.
--Experienced with maintenance planning, plant turnarounds & CMMS.
--Able to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future.
