How you'll contribute

You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

* Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.

* Documents patient care provided. Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record

* Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.

* Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

What we're looking for:

Applicants should have a current state RN license. Additional requirements include:

* Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

* BCLS required

* ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
