• PRN

Join the Medical Surgical Department at North Alabama Shoals Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, where you will provide high‑quality, patient‑focused care.

• Perform plan‑of‑care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly, ensuring medical necessity is reflected in the record.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, etc.).
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments.

• Associate's degree in Nursing (required);
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification (required).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Handle with Care (preferred); must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
