Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Rehabilitation – Days

Up to $7,500 Sign‑on Bonus.

Join North Alabama Shoals Hospital as a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality care in a 24/7 team environment.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.

• Current state LPN license.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 14 days of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.

Day 7:00 pm–7:00 am Full Time.
