Wound Care and Skin Health Team Lead

Cypress Cove Center, a Genesis Health Care skilled nursing and rehab facility, seeks a Wound Care and Skin Health Team Lead, RN to oversee skin integrity and wound management for our residents. You will perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and update care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to drive optimal healing and prevention outcomes. The role includes leading and educating nursing staff on evidence-based wound and skin care practices, monitoring quality metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and modeling our culture of compassion, respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
