Howyou'll contributeA Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting‑edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
- Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
- Documents patient care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation).
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs).
- Assesses learning needs and delivers age-/culture-appropriate patient and family education.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
- Participates in unit and organizational performance improvement and required continuing education.
- Provides quality patient care and works other shifts/units as needed; may be assigned on‑call.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a current state RN license. Additional requirements include:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred - Basic Life Support certification is required within 14 days of hire.
- Requires one year of nursing experience.
