The Quality Inspector isresponsable for performing routine inspections and verification activities to ensure products meet established quality standards before shipment.
This role supports final inspection, configuration verification, documentation review, and non-conformance reporting within the fulfillment and release process.
- Perform visual and physical inspections of products and assemblies.
- Verify product configurations against work instructions, bills of materials (BOMs), and customer requirements.
- Confirmpart numbers, serial numbers, labels, and asset records are accurate.
- Conduct pre-delivery quality checks prior to release.
- Validate completion of manufacturing and fulfillment documentation.
- Record inspection results accurately within quality management systems.
- Identify and report defects, discrepancies, and non-conformances.
- Assistin containment activities for non-conforming products.
- Verify correctiveactionshave been completed before release.
- Follow established quality procedures and standards.
- Maintain traceability and inspection records.
- Support internal audits and inventory verification activities as required.
- High School Diploma,Associate Degree, Technical Certification, or equivalent experience in:
- Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technologyor Electronics
Experience- 0-2 years of quality, manufacturing, warehouse, or technical inspection experience.
- Ability to read basic technical documentation.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basicproficiencywith Microsoft Office applications.
