Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour (actual rate equal or exceed required minimum wage)
• Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
• Employment Type: Part‑time
• Available shifts: Mid‑Shift, Closing

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and they maintain a clean and safe environment.
