Case Manager I-Medicaid Waiver (Social Worker) Dept - Grade 6
Starting Salary $45,198.40.
Job Duties: Conduct case management functions of the division, provide services under the Transition Waiver Program, and check that actions and documents are in compliance with federal and Alabama Medicaid guidelines of the program. Provide services for the division, including case management, the Medicaid Waiver Program and services compliance, and determination of applicant eligibility.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social work or a social service-related field from an accredited university or a Registered Nurse in AL. Professional work experience preferred. Previous work experience with Medicaid Waiver programs preferred or any combination of education, training and experience that is commensurate with the requirements of the job. Drug screen, background checks, MVR.
