- Guide customers through the repair process
- Coordinate rentals and tows
- Support estimators and manage scheduling
- Collect payments and maintain front office organization
- 1+ year of customer service experience (automotive a plus)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Calm, professional demeanor in stressful situations
- Comfort with computers and office systems
