Sr. Controls Technician — Controls & Testing

Bailey Specialty Cranes & Aerials is a thriving, growing company under new leadership in Muskego, Wisconsin. We build explosion-proof aerial work platforms and custom lifting solutions for NASA, Boeing, the U.S. Air Force, and other clients where failure is not an option.

Program Danfoss Plus+1 controllers, test every machine before it ships, and travel to client sites to commission and service equipment in the field. All travel expenses covered. Significant room to grow — we promote on performance, not seniority.

• Testing and commissioning aerial work platforms or similar equipment.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of hydraulic, electrical, and controls systems.
• Hydraulic schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or field service with mobile equipment.
• Willingness to travel. Loving to travel is a bonus.
• Solid Works experience is a plus.
