Job SummaryThe Product Support Specialist is a member of the Product Management team supporting Inpro sales and customer service with product data, custom quotes, and technical information, becoming a go-to product expert.
Key Responsibilities- Answer a variety of product questions from inside and outside sales teams, building up a knowledge base of common questions and answers.
- Create custom part numbers for the sales and customer service teams.
- Verify dimensions on customer supplied order forms and send to vendors for quotes.
- Enter purchase orders and requests for new product samples and materials.
- Provide product data and information upon request and help product managers develop internal product information resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product development and customer service.
- 2-year technical degree or 1-3 years relevant work experience.
- Ability to make good decisions, prioritize tasks, and follow through to completion.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and software.
- Experience with B2B products in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of commercial and healthcare design trends.
Passion for commercial design trends and understanding market needs.
