Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a full‑time Patient Care Coordinator for our MOSH Muskego location. Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self‑starter, and possess excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills. This is important in order to build relationships with patients and the community and to provide a welcoming environment.

• Greet patients
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, team members, clinicians, and all departments
• Provide detailed instructions to patients for their visits
• Review and evaluate patient charts for data entry accuracy
• Work as a team to ensure an efficient working environment and that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources
• Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation/medical services and medical terminology
• Answer phones
• Patient registration/data entry
• Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties
• Collect copays and patient balances
• Patient scheduling – schedule management
• Patient care assistance as needed
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of insurance benefits

Must be available to work Monday through Friday and potentially a few very early evenings.
