The Role:

Raw Materials Procurement Specialist Step into a pivotal role that keeps our lines running and our shelves stocked. You’ll manage ingredient and packaging inventory, validate production schedules, and secure on‑time inbound materials. You’ll partner daily with Operations on product changes (LTOs, new sizes, new seasonings), collaborate with our Planner on material needs, and work closely with the Supply Chain Director to drive best‑in‑class procurement practices.

A day in the life Begin by validating near‑term and long‑range production schedules to confirm every required material is on‑site before the first batch starts.

Review demand signals—compare forecasted versus actual usage using historical production data—and adjust supplier plans accordingly.

Lock in lead times and pricing with suppliers, coordinating with Finance to ensure reporting accuracy.

Keep a sharp eye on material shelf life, rotating stock and aligning delivery cadence to protect freshness.

Process purchase orders, blanket orders, and releases with precision and speed.

Coordinate deliveries: monitor short‑term avocado oil schedules and liaise with DHL and other shippers to guarantee timely arrivals.

Schedule and adjust potato purchase orders to match the weekly delivery plan, fine‑tuning as the week evolves.

Source and buy non‑production items (office supplies, production PPE) to keep operations fully supported.

Continuously optimize ERP functionality across inventory management, POs, and assigned workflows.

Analyze production output and material consumption variances; partner with Operations to reduce waste and tighten standards.

Hunt for cost‑reduction opportunities that improve efficiency without compromising quality.

Your impact

You will be the connective tissue between demand planning, suppliers, logistics partners, and our production floor—ensuring we always have the right materials at the right time.

Individuals will work a varied schedule based on client needs. Other duties may be assigned as business requires.
