Bailey Specialty Cranes and Aerials seeks an Assembly Technician (Internship) to assist in the assembly and production of custom machinery at our Muskego, WI facility. This on-site role requires the assembly of mechanical systems, use of tools and equipment, and adherence to quality control measures to ensure high-performance products. The Assembly Technician will work closely with the engineering and production teams to bring concepts to life, contributing to the creation of cutting-edge mobile platforms.

HoursOur first shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, M-F) means you’re off early every day.
Qualifications- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly processes
- Experience with soldering and precision tasks
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and attention to detail in production
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work on-site in Muskego, WI
- Previous experience in mechanical or technical assembly is a plus
