CNC Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Northern Gear & Machining is seeking an experienced CNC Operator/Machinist for 2nd Shift to collaborate with a team dedicated to the success of our customers. There is a $2 per hour shift premium for 2nd shift!

• Operating Vertical and Horizontal CNC Mills OR Lathes.
• Working with Engineering & other Team Members.
• Working from a blueprint or drawing with specifications.
• Using a variety of precision measuring devices.
• Adhering to Quality Assurance requirements including first-piece inspections and recording of measurement data.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Familiar with ISO standards and follow all standards and procedures.
• Striving for continuous improvement.
• Be able to work in a cell structure operating 2-3 machines at a time.

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience. (preferred but not required);
