Extrusion Team Lead - 2nd shift

• As our Extrusion Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing safety and quality in the Extrusion department.
• Assist in printing/entering production orders.
• Assist in updating POSs and work instructions.
• Ensure proper quality and specifications.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Act as a backup to the Extrusion Operators.
• Ensure employees are working safely.
• Keep the shop safe and organized.
• Report potential hazards.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Leadership ability.
• Clear and effective oral and written communications.
• Strong time management skills.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years Extrusion experience.
• Leadership experience a plus.
• Broad knowledge of sheet and profile extrusion.
• Strong mechanical ability or knowledge.
• Fork lift certification to be completed after successful hire.

• 2nd shift, Monday-Friday; 2:50pm-11:00pm
