As our Extrusion Set-Up Tech, you will be responsible f o r eq u i p me n t s e t - u p i n c l u d i n g n e cessary die c h ang es , s i ze r c h a n g es , s crew c h ang es and a l l s e t - u p / s h u t d o w n f u n c t i on s .

You will also a s s i s t i n m a i n t a i n i n g e q u i p m e n t and o pe r a t e m ac h ines w i t h i n s p ec i fe d ope r a t i n g p r o c e d u r es .

• A s s i s t o p e r a t o r s i n p e rf o r m i n g the ir tasks a nd teach them to i d e n t i fy and t r o ub l e s h o o t i n g p r o b l e m s .
• A s s is t i n e st a blishing a nd compliance with p l an t s a f e ty p r og r a m .
• T r ou b le s h oo t i n g o f m o l d i n g mach i nes to ensure qua l i t y products a r e p r o du ced.
• M a i n t a i n q u al i ty leve l s e t f o rt h f r om t he QA D e p a r t me n t .
• C o o r d i n a t e e ff o rt s w i t h d e pa r t m e n t S u p e r v i so r , s h i ft l ead s , P l an t M a n a g e r and o t h e r Door and W a ll d epartments t o a s su r e p r o d u c t flow .
• I m p l e m e n t new P o l i cy and P r oced u r e Gu i d e l i nes f o r D e p a rt m e n t .
• C o m m u n i c a t e and act as a l i a i so n w i t h a l l de p a r t m en t s and s h i ft s on a da l l y bas i s to ass u r e proper p r o d u c t i on needs a r e m e t .
• All other duties as assigned.
