As a Manufacturing Production Coordinator, you will serve as the bridge between high-level planning and floor-level execution, ensuring that production workflows are optimized for maximum efficiency. You will leverage your analytical skills and ERP proficiency to translate demand forecasts into actionable schedules that keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities- Translate production plans into detailed daily schedules to ensure operational targets are consistently met.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and sales departments to integrate inventory requirements into the master production schedule.
- Analyze real-time production data to track performance against schedules and proactively adjust workflows to overcome bottlenecks.
- Manage order modifications and delivery timeline updates in partnership with customer service teams.
- Drive supply chain reliability by maintaining a proactive scheduling approach that anticipates demand fluctuations.
- Generate insightful supply chain reports and performance analytics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate directly with operations leadership to maximize throughput and resource utilization across all shifts.
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification.
- 6-12 months of experience in a production scheduling or supply chain support role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Hands-on experience working within ERP systems to manage production data.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex demand dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
