• Leadership Impact:
  Play a key role in guiding nursing services and resident care
• Competitive Salary: $95,000 – $100,000 annually + credit for experience
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with occasional on‑call responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical and administrative operations
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for residents
• Assist with planning, organizing, evaluating, and managing nursing services
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and care standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and compassionate care

• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin required
• Current CPR certification required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in senior living
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
